Fighting at the Azovstal steel plant in the Ukrainian port city of Mariupol has ramped up after Russian forces breached the perimeter. Hundreds of civilians are still trapped at the complex, despite the attempts to open up a humanitarian corridor to allow civilians to escape. 

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres told the UN Security Council that a third operation is underway to evacuate civilians from the plant.
