U.S. President Joe Biden on Tuesday pledged to make life cheaper for the most vulnerable families as new data showed that the price of fuel – one of the costliest outgoings – is hitting new highs.

Biden underlined a number of initiatives his administration wants to implement to mitigate the highest inflation for decades.
