Palestinians are protesting an Israeli high court’s ruling which will see the mass evacuation of more than 1,200 Palestinians, including over 500 children, from their land in Masafer Yatta, in the occupied West Bank. 

Three UN special rapporteurs released a joint statement condemning Israel and saying that the evictions could amount to war crimes. 

Israel is also under investigation by the International Criminal Court for the situation in Palestine and its occupation and the building of settlements which are illegal under international law.
