Rio de Janeiro, one of the most bike-friendly cities in Latin America, offers bike tours for the blind and visually-impaired. 

Once a month, a volunteer group meets on one of the city’s several bike paths offering a free and one-of-a-kind bicycle tour. Lucrecia Franco reports from Rio.
