Latin American and Caribbean leaders gathered in Havana this week to discuss regional politics and ways to boost their economies. 

The forum comes just weeks ahead of the Summit of the Americas in Los Angeles, which regional leaders have threatened to boycott if the hosts exclude any of them from attending.
