South Florida remains under a Tropical Storm Warning on Saturday amid massive rainfall.  

Residents of Miami were inundated with a deluge from the storm system that caused downtown streets and businesses to flood.  

The city saw nearly 12 inches of rain by Saturday morning, leaving pedestrians and drivers stranded downtown.  

The Miami Fire Department asked people to refrain from driving or walking through standing water, and says it is using high water vehicles to rescue stranded motorists from their cars.
