On June 10, Chinese Ambassador to the U.S. Qin Gang visited Delaware and met with John Carney, governor of the State of Delaware, in Wilmington. 

Carney welcomed Ambassador Qin to the "First State" of the United States and introduced the history of Delaware. 

The two sides exchanged views on China-U.S. sub-regional economic and trade investment, sister-city cooperation and efforts in coping with climate change.
