Black Bamboo ​is a beef producer in Argentina that exports ​its products around the world. Its main client is China. 

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, company leaders took note that more than half of workers ​at its rural plant in Santa Fe province had not completed secondary education.

Now, the ​company is trying to change that.  CGTN’s Joel Richards reports.
