Brazil shopkeepers earn money from presidential candidate merchandise

Brazil’s president is up for reelection this year and currently trails well behind former president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, popularly known as “Lula”, in the polls. 

Less than three months away from what is expected will be a turbulent contest, these cash-strapped shop owners and street vendors have discovered a new revenue stream: political merchandise.
