Brazil's President Jair Bolsonaro was officially nominated by his right-wing Liberal Party on Sunday to run for re-election in October. 

Last week, his main rival, leftist Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, and center leftist Ciro Gomes also launched their presidential bids for what is expected to be a tense election.
