You might think that sweltering summer days are good for the ice cream business. But the rising cost of food and fuel in the U.S. is threatening some ice cream truck owners.
Inflation is eating into profits to the point where some vendors say they can barely make a living. It comes as some small grocery stores in New York have also had to raise the price of the famous bacon, egg and cheese roll.
