Puerto Rico has been the victim of another powerful tropical storm that has devastated the island and left a significant amount of destruction in the process. 

Hurricane Fiona, which recently hit the Caribbean island, approached Puerto Rico over the weekend, as powerful winds, coupled with heavy rain, caused wide-scale flooding and mudslides.
