Former U.S. President Donald Trump, his children Donald Jr., Eric, and Ivanka are all being sued by the New York state attorney general, Letitia James, for financial fraud. 

New York state's attorney general is claiming numerous acts of fraud and misrepresentation. Trump and members of his family stand accused of misstating the values of real estate properties to obtain favorable loans and tax benefits.
