Elections are taking place in a number of countries this weekend, one of the biggest being Brazil where more than 156 million people are voting, as far-right President Jair Bolsonaro looks to stay in power, facing his leftist rival Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.
Campaigning has been bitter, both leaders trading insults. Most polls show Lula with a slim lead, however, Bolsonaro has indicated he may not accept defeat.
CGTN’s Paulo Cabral is in the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo voting in his hometown, bringing us this report.
