IMF and World Bank discuss Ukraine's financial needs

Ukraine's President Zelenskyy on Tuesday pleaded for more financial aid from international partners, following escalating Russia missile attacks.

Mr. Zelenskyy joined the annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank.

The two institutions estimate the cost of rebuilding Ukraine far outstrips its annual economic output.
