Shanghai is set to host the fifth China International Import Expo next month. 

A number of promotional events are being held around the world including in Los Angeles, the largest manufacturing hub in the United States. 

It's organized by the Shanghai Foreign Investment Development Board in order to attract more participation from U.S. companies and business leaders.
