WARNING DISTURBING IMAGES:  This shocking eye-witness video from the scene of a crowd surge in Seoul, South Korea that has left at least 149 people dead shows how quickly the dangerous event went out of control.  

Hundreds of people attending a crowded Halloween event were squeezed into narrow streets of the Itaewon neighborhood after a reported sighting of an unnamed celebrity.  Shocked first responders and loved ones of those who most likely suffocated in the surge can be seen attending to the dead and injured.

Of the many injured in the stampede in South Korea, 19 are in serious condition, a fire official said, adding that most of the dead were in their teens and 20s, and two were foreign nationals.
