Indigenous Amazon leaders call oil companies to leave the rainforest

Native leaders from the Peruvian Amazon travel to the United States next week to lobby banks to cut financial ties with Peru’s state-run oil company Petroperú.
They say they want a complete withdrawal of all oil exploration and investment from their territories in the Peruvian Amazon.
