Colombia has approved a massive tax reform bill to boost revenue so that it can fulfill the new president’s ambitious social agenda. The new law has three ways to increase revenue: through higher taxes for Colombia’s wealthier population, duties on single use plastics, sugary drinks and ultra-processed foods and increased duties on oil and coal.  CGTN's Michelle Begue has details from Bogota.
