Ticketmaster’s recent presale for pop icon Taylor Swift's "Eras" tour processed two million tickets — the most tickets ever sold on the platform in a single day. But its website experienced numerous outages, leaving many fans empty handed.  And many of the tickets that were sold quickly found their way to resale sites - with exorbitant price markups.
