When French author Antoine de Saint-Exupery wrote the classic “The Little Prince” in the 1940s, he also drew illustrations for the book showing a white, blond-haired, and blue-eyed boy to depict the main character.
Almost 80 years later, a Brazilian company has decided to cast a Black actor to play the part in a musical being staged in São Paulo.
