Climate change threatens California town

California state officials predict that because of climate change, up to $10 billion worth of its infrastructure could be under water by 2050, and much more threatened by high tides.

The coastal town of San Clemente is a vivid example of the shoreline moving inland over the years, as residents lose their beaches and even homes.
