Argentina’s vice-president and former president Cristina Fernández de Kirchner has been found guilty of corruption, and sentenced to six years in prison by a court in Argentina for her role in what prosecutors say is an estimated $1 billion fraud case.
Kirchner has denied the allegations and maintains her innocence.
