U.S. President Joe Biden has said he does not like Title 42, the Trump-era policy that allows #migrants who cross the border illegally from Mexico to be immediately expelled. But while the practice awaits a Supreme Court ruling on its fate that won't come for months, Biden has expanded the measure - applying it to migrants from a growing number of countries.
