Russia launched a new barrage of missiles against Ukraine on Thursday.

The attacks happened just hours after the U.S. announced it was joining NATO allies and sending tanks, armored vehicles and artillery to Kyiv.

But amid mounting debts that need urgent attention in Washington, there are concerns that by helping foreign allies, President Biden is storing up costly trouble on the home front.
