The Congressional Black Caucus met recently with U.S. President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, along with many other congressmen in a bid to pass police reform legislation. 

However, the legislation faces a major obstacle in the U.S. House of Representatives, where Republicans are the majority and unlikely to yield to the latest outrage. CGTN’s White House Correspondent Nathan King reports.
