Migrants face harsh winter conditions amid overcrowded New York City shelters

New York City shelters are nearing full capacity, as more migrants stream into the city.
Some are currently living on the street after being removed from a hotel. Nonprofit organizations say they're doing the best they can but the situation cannot go on forever.
