About a third of Croatia’s uninhabited heart-shaped island nicknamed the Island of Love is now up for sale for 13 million euros. It’s being offered to potential buyers for development.
While there are no hotels, villas or restaurants on the islet, many celebrities take yachts out to the island every summer. A representative for the owner said that proceeds from the sale would be invested elsewhere in the local community.
