Over 110 arrest warrants have been issued by Turkish officials over collapsed buildings throughout the country's hardest-hit earthquake zones.
Authorities say sub-standard construction, illegal modifications, and other building mismanagement may have caused hundreds of structures to fall during the quakes in early February.
