Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva has confirmed his intention to appoint former President Dilma Rouseff as the new head of the New Development Bank.
The five founding members of BRICS nations – Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa – created the bank to fund infrastructure and sustainable development projects in member states.
