Dogs in costumes take part in Brazil’s Carnival street party

Following a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Rio de Janeiro’s famous carnival is underway with hundreds of street parties taking place all over the city.
Most are designed for people, except one dedicated to four-legged family friends.
