Residents in East Palestine, Ohio are still looking for answers nearly three weeks after a freight train derailed, spilling dangerous chemicals.

Some people say they are suffering from breathing problems, headaches, rashes and other ailments. Authorities say the air and drinking water are now safe, but some wonder if they will suffer lasting health concerns.
