The fallout continues following the deadly beating of Tyre Nichols by police officers in Memphis earlier this year.
Earlier this week, a court ordered a delay of the release of further video of the beating until the state and the defendants had reviewed the new material.
Police released some of the videos in January that led to protests but it also put a spotlight on the discrepancies with the initial police report.
