Dozens of neighborhoods flood in Brazil

Flood waters swept through homes and entire neighborhoods in Brazil on Friday.

Heavy rains that began Thursday left at least 60 people in Rio Branco homeless, authorities say.

A state of emergency was declared after seven rivers overflowed their banks.

Officials say 36 neighborhoods were affected by the flood.

No deaths have been reported.
