Chocolate is one of the most popular foods in the world, but it also has a dark side. The industry is considered one of the most detrimental to the environment and least sustainable because of deforestation and abusive labor practices. 

A couple in Virginia founded River Sea Chocolates, specializing in single-origin chocolates and sustainable ingredients.
