Bolivia's U.S. dollar shortage

Bolivians are coping with a shortage of U.S. dollars, often the preferred currency for business in the South American country.
While the central bank has made assurances it will continue to meet all demands for greenbacks, many local banks have run out, as Bolivians lined up to convert their savings.
