UN Human Rights Council begins U.S. tour focusing on racial justice and policing

An independent panel of experts, appointed by the United Nations Human Rights Council, is on a six-city tour of the United States. Their focus is on racial justice and equality in the U.S.
On Tuesday, the group stopped in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
