Hundreds of migrants, many of them undocumented, are stranded in camps along Peru's border with Chile as Peru hardens its resolve to keep them out. Peru's interior minister said Wednesday that more than half of the 1.5 million foreigners in Peru have irregular immigration status and most of them are from Venezuela.
