Authorities in Texas say they believe the man who opened fire at a shopping mall Saturday targeted the location, but likely chose his victims at random. Still, it’s worth noting that half the fatalities from the mass shooting in Allen, Texas, are people of Asian descent.
And this is not the first time this community has been the target of the country’s epidemic of gun violence.
