Apple is going all in on the world of mixed reality. The Silicon Valley tech giant made the eagerly anticipated announcement at its annual developer conference.

Known for superlatives at their events, Apple called the product, "the most advanced personal electronics device ever," noting that it filed more than 5,000 patents to create the device.
