It's been a little over a year since busloads of migrants began arriving in Washington D.C. from the U.S. states of Texas and Arizona -- and just weeks since a major border change sparked fears of an influx.

Now, the capital of the United States faces a predicament. Amid dwindling financial resources and political will, how will the District of Columbia continue to fund the essential services being provided to thousands of migrants? Benji Hyer reports.
