Brazilian conservationists work to protect country’s forests

July 17 is Forest Protection Day in Brazil.
While Brazil is known worldwide for its Amazon rainforest, conservationists are paying special attention this year to the country's other tropical forest, the Atlantic Forest.
It's also where you'll find the tree that lent the country its name.
