Monday, July 24, marks the one year anniversary of the deadly floods that devastated the eastern region of Kentucky. The floods killed dozens of people in eastern Kentucky, while destroying entire neighborhoods in places like Knott County. Despite efforts to restore the damaged areas, there is still a vast amount of territory that remains in desperate need of restoration. CGTN's Benji Hyer reports from eastern Kentucky.
