Humpback whales make a comeback in Brazil

After nearly being hunted to extinction for their oil, blubber, and fins, humpback whales are back off Brazil's coast. 

Their recovery is the result of legal protection and conservation efforts, which combined may serve as an example of how to heal the oceans. 

CGTN's Lucrecia Franco joined a group of researchers who are tracking the surging numbers of humpbacks.
