Tesla is moving forward with its plans to build its electric vehicles in Mexico. Most of them would be exported to the United States beginning as soon as next year.
But some experts warn that the on-going trade dispute between Washington and Beijing could disqualify those Tesla vehicles made in Mexico from receiving a substantial discount for consumers in the U.S.
