U.S. Judge rules DACA unconstitutional

A federal judge has ruled that a program that allows undocumented immigrants who came to the U.S. as children to remain in the United States is unlawful.
The ruling doesn’t impact those currently in the program, but it is a setback for immigration advocates and the Biden administration.
