China and Mexico are celebrating ten years of its comprehensive strategic partnership. Since their agreement -- signed in a joint declaration during President Xi Jinping's visit to Mexico in 2013 -- a lot has happened. 

China’s ambassador to Mexico spoke on the topic at the country’s leading public university on Wednesday.
