This year, Starbucks celebrates the 20th anniversary of the pumpkin spice latte. The P-S-L first launched in October 2003 in just 100 stores -- in Vancouver, and right here in Washington, D.C. Fast forward to today – and “pumpkin spice” has become a Fall phenomenon.
