The U.S. is suffering from a worker shortage. An aging population, childcare access, immigration, and a desire for more quality might be some reasons.
The industries most affected by the labor shortage are construction, restaurants, roofing, hotels, roofing, and agriculture - jobs traditionally held by immigrants. Net international migration is at its lowest level, according to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
