China and U.S. officials meet in Palm Springs ahead of COP28

Ahead of two vital gatherings in November, the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation leaders' meeting and the UN's Climate Change Conference or COP28, officials from China and the U.S. will meet in California for discussions over the topics that may emerge. 

The most pressing of them: climate change, and how the world’s two largest economies will work together to tackle it.
